Opera singer, orchestra soloist, recitalist and musical comedy star, she has been the director of opera workshops and teacher
of voice in universities from New York to Hawaii. One of the first "Affiliate Artists" in the U.S., she toured
the Pacific region and colleges throughout Asia as artist-in-resident. She has been coach for many opera companies, and was
one of the first Artists-in-the-Schools, presenting opera in New York, New Jersey, California, Washington and Hawaii to thousands
of children. Her energy, enthusiasm and skill as lecturer-singer-pianist have been utilized by the Metropolitan Opera Guild
in its teacher-training program and as a lecturer on opera. Elizabeth Cole is sought after as a judge and adviser to many
vocal competitions.
